Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current Medication Training certification required
- Experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
- CNA or Nursing Assistant certification may be a plus depending on state requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or as required by the state
- Previous experience with electronic resident documentation systems is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
- Able to successfully complete required background screening

Responsibilities
- Provide resident care and assist with medications in accordance with state guidelines and community policies.
- Assisting residents with medications as permitted by state guidelines
- Supporting residents with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
- Helping with mobility, transfers and positioning
- Changing bed linens
- Communicating with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
- Providing compassionate and respectful resident support
- Participating in and helping lead resident activities when needed
- Delivering friendly, helpful customer service to residents and families
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
