About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hosting Walk-In Interviews every Wednesday from 10 AM–4 PM for various care roles including CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Medication Aide, Med Tech, and RMA. This event allows candidates to interview on the spot, meet the leadership team, learn about available shifts, and explore opportunities. The organization is looking for compassionate and dependable individuals passionate about working with seniors, with experience in senior living preferred. Specific requirements apply for Medication Aide/Med Tech candidates regarding Virginia medication aide training/certification.

Requirements

• Meet applicable Virginia medication aide training/certification requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, home care or healthcare
• CNA/PCA/Caregiver experience preferred
• Compassionate and dependable
• Passionate about working with seniors
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
• Maintaining accurate medication documentation
• Observing residents and communicating changes to the care team
• Assisting residents with daily care needs
• Providing friendly, respectful and dependable service
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Toileting and personal care
• Resident engagement and companionship
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
