About The Position
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hosting a Walk-In Wednesday Hiring Event every Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM. This event is for individuals seeking CNA, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, Medication Aide, Med Tech, or RMA positions. Candidates can interview on the spot, meet the leadership team, learn about available shifts and schedules, and explore full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Allegro Living, the parent company, is building a premier senior living platform focused on inspired lifestyles and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Medication Aide/Med Tech candidates must meet applicable Virginia medication aide training/certification requirements.
- CNA/PCA/Caregiver experience preferred.
- Experienced in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, home care or healthcare — preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Assist with toileting and personal care.
- Engage residents and provide companionship.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Assist with medication administration according to Virginia requirements.
- Maintain accurate medication documentation.
- Observe residents and communicate any changes to the care team.
- Assist residents with daily care needs.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and dependable service.
