Medication Access Coordinator

Spectrum Medical Care CenterPhoenix, AZ
$22 - $28

About The Position

The Medication Access Coordinator (MAC) is a critical member of Spectrum’s clinical operations team, responsible for ensuring patients receive timely and uninterrupted access to their medications. This role bridges insurance operations, pharmacy coordination, care navigation, and inventory management — removing barriers that stand between patients and the treatments they need. The MAC works across internal teams and external partners to ensure no patient experiences a treatment delay due to administrative, insurance, or supply chain barriers. At Spectrum, we serve a community that has historically faced barriers to healthcare. The Medication Access Coordinator plays a direct role in closing those gaps — not as a back-office function, but as a patient advocate with the skills, tools, and authority to get things done.
