About The Position

Ritter Insurance Marketing is seeking a Medicare Supplement Sales Specialist to build strong agent relationships and support the successful marketing of Medicare Supplement insurance products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship‑based sales, agent support, and learning the Medicare insurance landscape.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable with phone‑based outreach and relationship building
• Proficient with computers and standard office software
• Ability to travel occasionally for events or training

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Medicare insurance and agent relationships preferred
• Experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with insurance agents
• Support agents recruited by national and field sales teams
• Provide product and carrier guidance to existing and prospective agents
• Attend sales events, trade shows, and trainings
• Make outbound calls to agent leads and prospects
• Handle inbound agent inquiries related to Medicare Supplement products
• Assist with agent training webinars, marketing campaigns, and events
• Serve as a liaison between sales teams and carrier partners
• Stay current on Medicare Supplement products and carrier updates
• Use Ritter’s systems and tools to track outreach and agent engagement
