Medicare Sales Field Agent - Tipton County
About The Position
Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents for a field-based role in Tipton County. As part of a collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director to help bring Humana's strategy to life by delivering on fundamentals, differentiating through exceptional service, and growing by expanding reach and influence. The role involves building trust, educating individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings, creating meaningful connections through grassroots marketing and community events, and driving self-generated sales to meet performance goals.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
- Self-provided internet service must meet minimum criteria: 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Nice To Haves
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
- Background in selling Medicare products.
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
- Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual in English and an additional language, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
Responsibilities
