About The Position

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for a field-based role in Duval County. As part of a collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director to deliver on Humana's strategy. Your role will involve building trust and educating individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings, creating meaningful connections through grassroots marketing and community engagement, and driving self-generated sales to meet performance goals and expand Humana's presence in the market.

Requirements

Active Health Insurance License required.
Must live in the designated territory (Duval County).
Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes.
Comfortable engaging with the community through service, retail environment, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).

Nice To Haves

Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Background in selling Medicare products.
Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
