About The Position

HealthPoint is now hiring for a full-time remote in Kentucky or Ohio or Hybrid (office in Florence, Kentucky) Medicare Billing Specialist. This role involves FQHC Medicare billing using CGS and NGS Medicare Advantage Plans, claims submission and follow-up, denials management, and appeals experience. Knowledge of institutional and professional claims is also required. HealthPoint Family Care is a private primary care medical, women's health, dental, vision and mental health practice located in Northern and Central Kentucky, employing over 170 highly qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists and support staff dedicated to providing care for children, adolescents and adults.

Requirements

• 2 years experience focused on Medicare payer claims submission and follow-up

Nice To Haves

• FQHC billing experience preferred
• CPC preferred
