The Advisor will be responsible for assisting senior advisors with a Book of Business (BOB) which includes assisting with current customers/clients with selecting plans, enrolling in plans, customer service inquiries, general questions/concerns, and establishing a quality relationship with the customer. Advisor will be expected to participate in lead rotation and enrollee members on their own in addition to assisting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of fundamental office technology, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ethical professional who takes initiative in their work and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
  • Time management is also an essential quality for success in this role.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively and work well under pressure to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • High level of technology proficiency is essential in this role.
  • Comfortable adapting to new software solutions quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills when it comes to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Team-oriented, highly skilled in Microsoft Office, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to contract with all insurance partners that we contract with, with the ability to provide our clients with comprehensive coverage options.
  • Understand and demonstrate our core values.
  • Active Life, Health, Accident License Required.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior advisors with a Book of Business (BOB) which includes assisting with current customers/clients with selecting plans, enrolling in plans, customer service inquiries, general questions/concerns, and establishing a quality relationship with the customer.
  • Participate in lead rotation and enroll members on their own in addition to assisting.
  • Take point on resolving all issues to ensure our customer's needs are met.
  • Interact with customers throughout the year and review their plan options to potentially assist them in enrolling into a different plan.
  • Work alongside our Senior Advisors to assist with their customers as needed and as directed by company management.
  • General office & operational duties such as processing applications/enrollments, greeting customers as they arrive for appointments, and covering the front desk duties.
  • Work with other teams and departments to help us meet and exceed our company goals and objectives.
  • Assist with assigned networking functions and external facing business development needs.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to provide content as requested and assigned.
  • Perform educational & sales seminars as required or requested for our customers/clients.
