About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated shuttle lane between Denver, CO and Shakopee, MN. This is a consistent, steady route ideal for drivers who value predictable miles and schedules. This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

Requirements

Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
Experience operating vehicles up to 53'
Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices

Responsibilities

Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
Operate company vehicles up to 53ft tractor trailers
Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
