About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Class A Driver to operate Class A rated box trucks for our healthcare routes in the Holly Springs/Raleigh area. This role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and the opportunity to perform meaningful work supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals. The driver will be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers, while also providing excellent customer service at healthcare facilities.

Requirements

Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices

Responsibilities

Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
