About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Class A Driver to drive Class A rated box trucks supporting our healthcare routes in the Denver area and beyond. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day. You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top-tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route. This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment! We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control and reduce the environmental footprint of our customers. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste at our treatment facilities across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
  • Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
  • Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
  • Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
  • Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices

Responsibilities

  • Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
  • Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks and 53' tractor trailers
  • Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
  • Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
  • Complete shuttle routes to North Platte, NE, Billings, MT, and Grand Junction, CO as needed
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
  • Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
  • Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
  • Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
