About The Position

Snapscale is looking for a skilled Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team as a US Clinic Coordinator, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless patient experience. If you have strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or health insurance companies
• Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
• Must have experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results.
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to work onsite

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
• Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Processing refills and following clinic policies.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
• Auditing labs & following up on missing results.
• Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks
