About The Position

Join a high-performing clinical team as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist, performing complex diagnostic testing across multiple laboratory disciplines. The role is suited to experienced laboratory professionals with strong technical expertise, a focus on quality, and the ability to work independently. Perform moderate- to high-complexity testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank to provide accurate, timely results that support clinical decisions. The position involves hands-on use of advanced laboratory technology, including operating and troubleshooting analyzers, validating quality control, maintaining equipment, reviewing and verifying test results, and managing specimen integrity. Additional work includes supporting blood product preparation, maintaining compliance and documentation, and contributing to quality improvement and process development initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASCP certification as an MLS or MLT, required or to be obtained within 18 months and maintained during employment.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three or more years of clinical laboratory experience (preferred).
