About The Position

The Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician performs a wide range of laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses, treatment decisions, and exceptional patient care. Working with advanced laboratory equipment and a collaborative clinical team, this role helps ensure timely, reliable results while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The position supports accurate diagnosis, treatment, and clinical research.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experience.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it within the first week of employment.

Nice To Haves

• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated medical equipment.
• Analyze, verify, and manage laboratory data.
