About The Position
Performs a wide range of medical laboratory procedures requiring technical knowledge and skill. Operates complicated laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. Performs and analyzes quality control data, and evaluates or researches new techniques and equipment. Interacts with nursing and health care practitioners and provides excellent customer service. Does not report results.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in medical laboratory/clinical laboratory science or a human-related science such as chemistry or biology.
- Practices Hospitality Training.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Less than one year of trainee/student experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree.
