About The Position

Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care. In certain entities (BOS Urgent Cares), Lab Techs will be required to support the TEAM CARE Model to ensure patient workflow efficiencies are met, and patient satisfaction goals achieved. Estimated pay range for this position is $34.08 - $44.30 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida.
• A minimum of two years medical technologist experience at BHSF and fulfilling appropriate career advancement/packet criteria required (if Associate's Degree).
• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s).
• Complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
• BLS certification required for BOS Urgent Care locations only.
• Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years

Nice To Haves

• If Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, no experience required.
