About The Position
Miller Vein is seeking a Medical Technician to join their team. This role involves assisting physicians with outpatient venous procedures, creating positive patient relationships, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Responsibilities also include charting, documenting procedures and medical histories, taking patient vitals, pictures, and measurements, cleaning and stocking rooms, and ordering medical supplies. The Medical Technician may also assist the front desk and cosmetic patients as needed. Responsibilities
- Assist physician during outpatient venous procedures with sterile technique
- Create positive patient relationships during procedures
- Pre- and post-operative care
- Charting and documentation of procedures and medical histories
- Exam Intake - Vitals, pictures, measurements
- Clean and stock all rooms in clinic
- Order medical supplies for office
- Assist front desk and cosmetic patients as necessary
