About The Position

The Medical Tech Generalist independently performs and interprets automated and manual clinical laboratory tests accurately and precisely within established time frames. The role also includes quality performance activities, quality control procedures, ordering, computer functions, and other assigned duties. The Medical Tech Generalist is expected to maintain technical competence and current knowledge, communicate professionally in writing and verbally with staff and clients at all levels of the health system, and provide strong customer service. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (MT), Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

ASCP or equivalent registration preferred.
