Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record. Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present for all employees.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in state of practice
• BCLS required
• Handle with Care preferred
