Requirements
- A graduate of a Master's degree program in Social Work (MSW) from a school of Social Work Accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Minimum licensure requirements: Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one (1) years' experience in health care.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) preferred but not required.
- Experience in a Home Health, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services as defined by the state Medical Social Work Practice Act.
