Medical Social Worker (Home Health)
About The Position
Billet Health is seeking passionate Medical Social Workers (MSWs) to provide home health and hospice care to geriatric patients. This role involves assessing patient needs and collaborating with the Director of Nursing to develop care plans. As a PRN team member, you will help build a meaningful service from the ground up. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to arrange patient visits at times convenient for both you and the patient. Visits typically last between 45 to 60 minutes. Billet Health is Joint Co certified and emphasizes going above and beyond in patient care, seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding and personal experiences.
Requirements
- Masters in Social Work required
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
- AZ Level One Fingerprint Card (Applicable if applying in Arizona only)
