About The Position

Billet Health is looking for MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS who have the passion and heart for total patient care. Our team provides HOME HEALTH and HOSPICE care to geriatric patients through a 9-week episode. As An MSW, you work to assess the patient needs and work with our Director of Nursing to establish a plan of care. As a new and growing business, we are seeking a PRN team member who is passionate about helping us build something meaningful from the ground up. We give our staff the freedom to build their schedules as they wish. As patients come on to service with Billet, you will be contacted by our staffing team who will offer you visit as coverage is needed. MSWs are able to accept evaluations and follow-up visits (as needed). Never do we set a time for you to see the patient, but you get to call and arrange your visits to what works for both you and the patient. Typically visits are between 45 to 60 minutes. Billet is Joint Co certified. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond when it comes to patient care. We seek nurses who are willing to do just that. Requirements

• Masters in Social Work required
• Valid Driver License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• AZ Level One Fingerprint Card (Applicable if applying in Arizona only)
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
