The Medical team of NAOS Canada is looking for a Medical Sales Representative who is eager to grow with the company and build a long-term career within the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales or a scientist background.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Natural leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital platforms, and order entry software.
  • Proven prospecting skills and ability to develop and grow a customer portfolio.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and strong customer focus.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, particularly MS Office.
  • Fluency in French or English, depending on the region; bilingualism is an asset.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in sales, representation, or merchandising within the skincare or medical field is an asset.
  • Established network of contacts within the spa industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop local action plans based on national and regional objectives.
  • Analyze results, implement corrective and development actions.
  • Regularly monitor the commercial performance of medical ranges to adjust the local strategy.
  • Generate brand awareness within the targeted medical communities.
  • Generate brand prescriptions from the targeted medical communities.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to generate prescriptions by detailing product characteristics, advantages, and patient benefits.
  • Provide samples and trade size products to HCPs and major healthcare centers within the territory.
  • Plan and execute different types of PR activities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient associations, dermatologists, and GP pools to build strong partnerships.
  • Develop a close relationship with the KOLs of the territory.
  • Organize and participate in major scientific events on the territory, as well as in the rest of Canada, Europe, and the US if needed.
  • Identify high-potential HCPs to develop them as speakers for the company.
  • Communicate to dermatologists, pediatricians, and GP doctors about different projects such as scientific events, congresses, symposiums, etc.
  • Share relevant information to develop synergy within the medical team.
  • Regularly report on field activities.
  • Monitor competition by gathering information on their new launches and healthcare professionals’ feedback.
  • Provide competitive intelligence feedback to the hierarchy.
