About The Position

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a national leader in home healthcare, providing essential respiratory therapies, wound care, and diabetes management. They are seeking skilled and motivated Account Executives to join their team and help grow their business. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while earning top-tier rewards through uncapped commission and bonuses. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas. They will educate healthcare providers about Rotech's offerings, prospect and close new accounts within their assigned rural territory, and partner with the local team to ensure seamless service. Sales activity and territory trends will be reported to management, and in-person visits to referral sources are a key part of the role. The position also includes attending an in-person Sales Academy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
• Proven Sales Performer – 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred however, new college graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to Travel – Position requires in-person visits throughout your assigned rural territory

Nice To Haves

• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
• Leadership Experience in other areas or fields
• CRM Experience – Familiarity with sales platforms is a plus
• Motivated and self driven, with a proven history of success in sales
• Desire to work in an environment that rewards for top performance
• Strong Team player
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory
• Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills
• Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written

• Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
• Multi-task along with attention to detail

Responsibilities
