About The Position
This role involves the completion of release of information requests in accordance with HIPAA/confidentiality regulations and established departmental turnaround time. It also includes the accurate and timely completion of Birth Certificates/IPHIS abstraction in accordance with state mandates. A key aspect of this position is ensuring the data integrity of patient medical records across hospital-wide patient information systems.
