About The Position

This full-time, remote position involves compiling, processing, and maintaining patient health information in accordance with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements. As part of the Electronic Medical Records Technician Chart Prep Team, you will prepare electronic charts for appointments, promote a culture of caring, sort and prioritize incoming information, and maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and practice regulations. Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs. This role requires regular attendance and the ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
