Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, medical records, or healthcare support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with patient management or electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with patient consents and healthcare administrative forms.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical support environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and secure patient medical records to support timely and accurate care delivery.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure required patient documentation is signed, processed, and accessible when needed.
• Work directly with patients to obtain signatures for consents, courier services, and deliveries.
• Review and process patient paperwork, including Assignment of Benefits (AOBs), with strong accuracy and follow-through.
• Prepare professional correspondence related to medical record requests, reports, and third-party inquiries.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
