About The Position
Tri-State Orthopaedics, a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, is recruiting for a full-time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to work in their North Hills Office. This role will assist with quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology and proofreading.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Orthopaedic experience is a plus.
- Electronic Medical Record experience preferred but will train on the job.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing chart documentation and medical record releases.
- Ensuring continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results, and treatment plans from our specialist office to other providers.
