Medical Records Director
About The Position
The Medical Records Director will maintain the electronic medical records department in accordance with Federal and State guidelines, in addition to established policies and procedures. It will be the responsibility of the director to collect, enter, and verify all electronic records for each resident in the facility. Ongoing audits of the medical records department will be completed to ensure all electronic records are accurate and up to date. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, and California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. Requirements
- Must be extremely organized and have the ability to work autonomously, but as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced medical records department is required; preferably in long-term care.
- Candidates must have strong computer skills and experience working with some sort of electronic medical records system.
Responsibilities
