About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time, night shift, Medical Records Clerk to join their team at the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining offender health records, responding to requests for health records, and performing clerical duties. This role works closely with healthcare staff to ensure the maintenance and accountability of offender health records to support continuity of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR Certification
- Computer/Data Entry experience
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- One year of medical office experience
- Medical Records/Mental Health/Administrative Assistant experience
- Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion
Responsibilities
