Medical Records Clerk - Shared Services
About The Position
The medical record is the central coordinating link for providing continuity of care in the family practice clinic. The Medical Records Clerk will provide complete medical charts to all requesting staff. The clerk will ensure that accurate, timely and complete medical information is available within the medical record. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- 6 months Clerical and/or Receptionist experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide complete medical charts to all requesting staff.
- Ensure that accurate, timely and complete medical information is available within the medical record.
