Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year unit clerk or clerical experience and medical record experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
Valid California Driver’s License, required.

Nice To Haves

Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable).

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and organized client records, including creating and managing client binders, ensuring proper labeling, and keeping documentation complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Supporting admissions, referrals, and transfers.
Tracking required screenings and assessments.
Photographing new admissions for placement in medical records.
Maintaining daily census reports and shift reports.
Scanning and auditing documents within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Updating county referral logs.
Ordering clinical and office supplies.
Answering phones, taking messages, and providing administrative support to nursing and clinical teams to ensure efficient program operations.
