Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Medical Receptionist in Louisville, KY. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Assist in daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude, offering a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process, providing an exceptional experience.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to manage patient intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
