Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good at working with people
• Enjoys a fast-paced work day
• Works well with modern computer systems
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented
• Can maintain a good bedside manner with patients

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience in medical office would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and initiate the intake process
• Check out patients and help with follow-up actions
• Speak with people on the phone to set up appointments, referrals, and more
