About The Position

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Largo, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling patient records, processing insurance information, and coordinating communication within the healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance processing and billing inquiries is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
• Bilingual.
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using EMR system.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services.
• Process insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
