FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Tulsa. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create an outstanding experience while keeping our clinic running efficiently and our schedules on track. Requirements

• Experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, Medical Office Assistant, or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is preferred, but we're happy to train someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records within our EMR system
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Help manage provider schedules to maximize clinic efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
