This Medical Receptionist role is responsible for managing front desk operations in a professional exam setting, with a primary focus on creating an efficient and welcoming experience for patients attending scheduled evaluations. This position differs from traditional healthcare environments as it does not involve ongoing care coordination or treatment follow-up.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
  • Experience in a medical setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and oversee check-in/check-out processes
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and daily front desk workflow
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide clear, timely assistance
  • Enter and update patient information within electronic systems
  • Help ensure exams run on schedule and office operations stay organized
