About The Position

Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, looking for a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful Bilingual Medical Receptionist who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others. This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Please be aware that applicants may be asked to provide their Social Security Number, if it is not already on file.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines.
• Excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of MS Office

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish
• Two years related experience

Responsibilities

• Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
• Maintains the reception area
• Appointment scheduling
