About The Position

Conviva is a subsidiary of Humana, seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and cheerful – Medical Receptionist– who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great! The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at 7959 Fredericksburg Rd, Suite 105,San Antonio, TX 78229. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

• Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
