About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our Allergy Division. This position will support practices across Long Island and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment, and is comfortable traveling between locations. This position will provide coverage at our Hicksville and Glen Oaks locations based on the needs of the practices.

Requirements

1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations

Nice To Haves

Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
Answer phones, process messages, and assist with general office communication
Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
Support referrals, forms, scanning, and front desk administrative tasks
Assist patients and families with questions regarding office processes and appointments
Adapt quickly to different office workflows and team environments
Maintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
Travel between offices based on operational needs
