About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Duffield, VA. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The Medical Receptionist will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, with a mission to improve access to treatment and help patients start their path to recovery.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service

Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
Maintain daily financial records and reports
