About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Southampton office location. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for patients, embodying the practice's commitment to care and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing patient flow, administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the medical field
• Knowledge of medical insurance

Nice To Haves

• Epic experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed
• Serving as the face of the practice for patients
