Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at our clinics in Orland Park, IL and Oak Lawn, IL. Requirements

• Polish speaking required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with EHR and PM programs
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and able to easily build rapport
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well independently with minimal guidance
• Organized and able to manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

• Any relevant experience and/or knowledge would be a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the orthopedic office.
• Verify and update patient medical records and insurance information.
• Schedule patients for future orthopedic visits.
• Print paperwork for the clinic.
• Provide top-notch customer service in every interaction.
