About The Position

Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, looking for a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful BILINGUAL Medical Receptionist who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others. This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines.
• Excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Must be able to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at: 7142 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX 78216

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish without limitations or assistance.
• Experience in a medical office
• Two years related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
• Maintains the reception area
• Appointment scheduling
• Verification of insurances
