As a Fairfield-based Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking care, helping create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience while supporting a high-performing urgent care team. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous medical reception, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
- Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and workers' compensation information
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments
- Support patient flow and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EMR system
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
