About The Position
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for their Clinton Medical Clinic. This role is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting them, collecting and inputting accurate information into electronic health records, and assisting with scheduling, referrals, and patient inquiries. The position aims to make a positive impact on each patient's healthcare experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about helping others
- Some travel required
Nice To Haves
- Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile.
- Collect and input accurate information into electronic health records.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Assist with referrals.
- Handle patient inquiries.
- Perform other duties as necessary to provide service to the center’s patients.
