About The Position

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our fast-pace team at Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Clinic! In this role as a Medical Receptionist, you will spend time preregistering patients, including insurance eligibility, patient check in/out using EPIC, returning patient phone calls, importing and scanning records to charts, triaging patient concerns for providers/manager. Attention to detail and medical experience necessary. This is a Monday-Friday Opportunity and would be scheduled to work between the hours of 8 am-5 pm Monday-Thursday and 7 am- 1 pm on Friday. You will be paid and off for the 6 major holidays.

Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a medical office
• Demonstrable skills in data entry
• Demonstrable skills in personal computer usage
• Demonstrable communication skills
• Demonstrable organizational skills
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
