About The Position
Spokane Valley Ear, Nose, Throat & Facial Plastics is looking for a full time medical receptionist to join our team. Our receptionists are the first point of contact for all patients and people presenting in our office, therefore they play a vital role to the company. The medical receptionist must be professional and positive at all times to ensure the patient experience is a pleasant one. The primary purpose of this position is to welcome patients and facilitate to their needs, by telephone, secure messaging, or in person.
Requirements
- Must be professional and positive at all times
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to perform many tasks while remaining calm and professional
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Check patients in and out
