About The Position

As a Receptionist, you will be a vital part of a caring community, ensuring every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will serve as the welcoming face of the healthcare facility, managing front desk operations, supporting clinical staff, and helping to maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This onsite role, located at the CenterWell Senior Primary Care office at 240 Hwy 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582, is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others. You will report to the Center Administration. CenterWell Senior Primary Care focuses on providing proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, and screenings. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
  • Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
  • Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
